SmartCast - Guest streaming to the in-room television powered by Google Chromecast™  ​ SMTV has developed a safe and secure application for allowing guests to use their own devices to stream content to the in-room guest television.  Guests now carry multiple portable devices for several functions which include real-time sports events, movie content subscription services as an example. The SmartCast application allows guests to stream this content from their own device to the television for a far better personalized viewing experience. This also broadens the premises offering where sometimes overheads of extra  pay TV channels are prohibitive  the SMTV application utilizes the premises Wi-Fi infrastructure for secure access. So, no additional cabling is not required. Every guest room has unique login details to for connection creating an isolated network - guests can not cast content to other rooms.
